    Tendons and AAS

    Okay so I've been reading a lot about how our tendons arent strengthened by AAS therefore you should have strong tendons to start with..

    I am not sure if mine are.. I've been lifting off and on for like 12 or 13 years but not like.. more than a few months in a row until last august when i started lifting seriously for about 6 months now..


    Is this enough of a base? And are there any warning signs that a tendon or ligament has a weakness or might give out on cycle?

    Training must be consistent to ensure you have a solid base. As far as tendons and joints are concerned there longevity is determined to a certain degree by how good your lifting technique is. Many guys assume that because they can pick it up and put it down that there technique is good.

    You have been lifting serious for 6 months.

    Give it another 6 months and make sure you have a good diet plan before starting a cycle.

    Full year of proper serious training. That sounds logical..

    I think my technique is good. I've watched a lot of videos, keep my back straight during deads and squats are ass to the grass but knees arent too far forward or anything..

    for chest I think Im doing it right because I can actually get sore lats from benching. what else.. yeah i dont just like thrash around trying to get the weight up or anything I focus and go pretty slow.
