Okay so I've been reading a lot about how our tendons arent strengthened by AAS therefore you should have strong tendons to start with..
I am not sure if mine are.. I've been lifting off and on for like 12 or 13 years but not like.. more than a few months in a row until last august when i started lifting seriously for about 6 months now..
Is this enough of a base? And are there any warning signs that a tendon or ligament has a weakness or might give out on cycle?
