HCG usage

Can I get a legitimate answer on how often to inject HCG during cycle. I am running a 10 week cycle of Test C @ 500mg/wk.

I had a guy who runs Growth told me to inject 500iu on Monday and Thursday.
My question is mainly how often to inject.
I have read so many articles on dosage and times of use, but this is where I learned everything from my beginning years ago, so I figured someone here would guide me where I need to be. I have never taken HCG before. This is a first time for me.

Its in the past but from here on out 250 ius twice a week right up until 3 days prior to pct.

2 days ago a shot of 500iu. So I am going to taper down to 250iu on my next one in 3.5 days? I guess what I am stuck on... Is I read Austinite's Article and it said you shouldn't run over 1000iu a week. I feel like I am aggravating everyone, but this is one thing I have never done. She also said "you should never bother with doses in excess of 500 iu at once. If you're injecting 250 iu and after several weeks you're still experiencing some issues, increase your dose 100 iu's at a time, not to exceed 500 iu's twice weekly. Your weekly grand total should never have to exceed 1000 IU, ever." I do appreciate everyone's help, as I know that is what this board is here for.

I would run 250 hcg until 2 weeks after last shot, that's been the best for me
