Being a new member I can't think of anything to change... The members here are really more then helpful to any newcomers asking questions and it seem they go out of the way to accommodate! I don't think being a source board would be helpful in anyway... That's about all I can say, keep up the great work! I for one have found this forum to be a wonderful source of information, Thx for all YALL do....

This is just me, but I lurked and read for a while, being that steroids are illegal I didn't wanna participate, give out my email or anything, just overly paranoid I guess.

With the source board. If I ordered and got junk I would wanna tell my bros so they don't get scammed to.

I see where your coming from with the no source rule. But having said that, there's 2 sources I've been looking at. But can't ask, and I really don't wanna message someone out of nowhere just asking about a source.

I've actually been searching for months. You get some good and bad reviews. My source has both good and bad but they've always came through with me, communication isn't always the best but all of their gear is g2g so far.

Now giving a source to a young guy I completely understand, you guys do a great job at looking out for the younger guys

Another example: I've been looking at tb-500 for a while, again good and bad reviews with different sources. I've got a few I wanted to ask about. I know ar-r is the site sponsor but their a little pricey compared to some other sights with tb-500.

This is all I can think of right now, ill post anything else that comes to mind.

I think it's the best forum out there hands down!

Members take care of one another and give great advice to other members!

I feel many lurk b/c they are afraid of being deemed a "user" for people trying to hide it?! Also they can read all the great info(right? I wasn't a lurker I joined once I looked into some sites and this one being great as members actually advise more than not, to not take em... Or make sure they have everything squared away!

Everyone from the VETS/MODS/SPECIALISTS/MEMBERS are all very helpful!

I agree w/the no source rule... As it protects some from their own self(giving personal info, asking others Personal info, they may not even be aware that they're even doing something wrong) so I feel it's in there for protection and safety issues... I think this would get way outta hand w/the newer ones to steroids period, and can end up hurting a lot more than not! I don't like asking anyone for a source either(though it's ok - by the rules)...

Nothing bad to say... I've learned Sooo much, and continue to learn each day! This forum is awesome!

I would hate to become a source board. You get junk sources giving mods and vets gear to tell everyone how great it is then they sell everyone else crap or rip them off all together.

I wouldn't mind a source section for senior members where you can discuss different sources with no strings attached.
source checks- 200 posts and 6 month membership min. entirely within my discretion

Also, sources may be g2g now or have been good before and not the best now. Mine was better a year ago and seems like their slowly getting worse. The most up to date reviews are what we all wanna see. Also if someone is wanting gear, gh, peptides or anything bad enough, chances are there gonna jump the gun and just pick a random source (not smart but true). I wouldn't want my buddies injecting poison. I'm not saying make this a source board, just trying to help you guys out with what your asking.

Admin edit this if you want, just wanna give an example.
I've been in a few wrecks have multiple injuries that affect everything I do. Im really hoping tb-500 will help, even if its just a little. Madisonjamesresearch has some for a decent price. I've used their caber and letro twice and it was g2g both times. Wanna know if anyone has tried the tb-500 recently?

Would really like to know your thoughts on any of this.

Ya a sourceboard for people senior members would be nice

But besides that: please make sure the condition to sign up at this board is to read austiniti's educational threads or atleast my successful first cycle!!!! And the young and steroids !!!! Like a detailed version of it. So many fkn noobs out there with questions that coulda been answered if there was a popup showing mysuccessful first cycle !!!!!!

Almost every basic question is answered in that educational thread....

one thing that keeps bothering me is new fake members or imposters or whatever they are, starting ridiculous topics and first cycles with tons of compounds, or bragging about their genes or what ever. if only there was a way to detect them...

i think there should be a limit or something for starting topics and threads (like 50 posts or at least 30 days past their registrations)

the rest is good and god speed.

Even though it's allowable... If I was in their shoes I wouldn't want to give out a source to some members just based on their backround(not ready, doesn't gave the knowledge base)... And if you were in there shoes would you random people PMing you constantly about a source(people get pretty desparate when they want something - this has nothing to do w/you just using examples)...

However long someone is here I feel coming outta the blue isn't very respectful... But who wouldn't want to get a great go to source(everyone) but asking is very uncomfortable... IMO! But sure if one knows their stuff and has proven they can safely cycle then, I would agree that it would be nice to get some good feedback regarding sources.... Just my thoughts on the source stuff...

And I do agree w/Senior Members maybe having a private section dedicated to talking sources and experiences(different cycles as I wouldn't want to tell the newer and upcoming members what compounds to use etc as that just throwing gas on fire) and only allowed if one has proven that they can cycle safely etc... Maybe even a password needed to enter??

I think a source board for Members + is a good idea , means you dont have to bother the big fellas of this site private messaging

It would also be in a safe place with no room for scamming .

I think it would be good if anyone who types 18 years old in their post, and have less than 100 posts, should be sent a private message on the young and steroids . And, anyone who types planning first cycle, along with the word tren should be sent a link about tren! Lol.
Other than that this site is perfect. I love it!

True some young ones do whatever they want, but i ve seen many cases where most ppl didnt even know such detailed threads existed. So if it's a banner on top, it ll be even better. Banner until you go in your options and disable it from showing.
The users that register MUST put their age and then if it's less than 23 also show the "young" thread

And ya tired of seeing noobs every single day asking same questions. Problem is: if a newb tells another newb to do tren cycle and noone else sees that post, chances are that person WILL do the tren cycle

The only thing with not allowing 18 year Olds is there are many other boards they can go to and I'm not a fan of sending potential members away. I'm against young people using but I did at 18 or 19 and i could only wish there was a board I knew of that could teach me about estrogen and PCT

Allow them to the forum just have the stuff pop up so they have to read it before asking the same questions every day. Even though most still probably will, we can still try to talk them out of it. But hopefully it will reduce some of the posts

I like all the brain storming going on keep it coming

Nice to hear your thoughts on how we can do better and what's just amazed me is at this present time we have 35k guests viewing the forum.

    Why?

Why are they not logging in or registering? Seems strange there's so many

Keep giving us your feedback its much appreciated

I constantly see people/guests(by the 10s of thousands daily) it seems unfair to me that they can get all this great information w/out logging in!

Can youse put a cap on the amount of time or info they can have/get?? But at the same time you probably want to be as helpful as possible(kinda caught between a rock and a hard place)....

Don't get me wrong I love this forum! It's still the best... I'm more curious as to if it would push em to other unsafe boards?

I just assume people don't log in unless they are going to post. I wonder how many of the 35k have an account and just aren't logged in.

Best forum hands down. In Sweden we have a similair forum but it takes 7 days before new members can make posts. Maybe thats something u could incorporate to keep trolls etc away

I think there will always be a big numbers of members who never ever lay eyes on sticky material...

My guess. Like myself most of the time. Are researching stuff in Google then go threw all the different forums looking for the answers I am after. So these 35k people are more then likely are not just using our site, but whatever appears when they search for answers.

I think the board does a great job! The site as a whole is extremely well rounded and the resources available to research are fantastic. I don't think you can please everyone on a forum and certainly what is written can be interpreted as sarcasm or argumentative. The board does a good job in addressing this as well while giving advice that is in the OP's best interest. I feel that it can be frustrating to give newer members advice sometimes when all they need to do is spend some time reading but instead want to be spoonfed. I give the board an A.

    This.
For example google chrome, when you click on anysite you are logged out initially, till you log in. Even then it ll probably still count you as guest.
So it's a computer bug. Also many of them have accounts, logging in is hard. Safari logs you out all the time automatically. So not worth logging in everytime checking the site

I think this forum is huge for the novice no matter what the age. I also think it is equally as good for the experienced and everybody in between. I started with Novice because this forum is very different to other sites I personally have visited or lurked on in the way that it really looks out for the novice, beginner, young or of age. Good solid helpful info that keeps people safe from otherwise bad info given from other sites and ignorant individuals.

I have directed people to this site that don't use AAS.I sent them here for the nutrition , supplements and the simple knowledge of working out. There seems to be a bit of a brotherhood feel on this forum aswell. I personally like that, especially with vets you can connect with others dealing with similar problems. I think open sourcing would be a big problem. Not to mention you can get a source off others in here via PM if your not a BOZO!! Just my .02$

Because of this there needs to be an incentive to login. Firefox seems to dump my login info most of the time, 'Remember Me' doesn't keep it populated. It would be nice to just click Login.

One piece of feedback, I can adjust in the settings to only show recent posts, but page 1,2,...,N all show the same stickies at the top. Is there a way to only have it on the first page? Don't get me wrong the stickies are useful but I'd log in just to lurk if I didn't have to scroll past them everytime.

**EDIT: Okay so I guess there are ways of doing this through the toolbar 'New Posts' and 'Quick Links'. I'm new here

I like the thought of having to wait to post for a few days or atleast one day for new members. That way if they are not a troll and they mess up badly they can still get the answer in 24 hours.

Mabey a pop up that says while you wait for 24 hours please familarize yourself with the stickies.

I just registered because of this comment and I want to offer some thoughts. I've been reading this forum off and on for years, I guess I was looking more for information, and didn't really feel I had much to offer in return. However, I like the information here and I think its is worth knowing. As for the "staying logged in" thoughts... another reason I had not registered is exactly this. I live in a crowded house, wife and lots of kids, and I'm old(ish). I'd prefer to stay in the lurking fringe.... until now apparently.

However, I like the information here and I think its is worth knowing. As for the "staying logged in" thoughts... another reason I had not registered is exactly this. I live in a crowded house, wife and lots of kids, and I'm old(ish). I'd prefer to stay in the lurking fringe.... until now apparently.

Well thanks for joining. Consider using google chrome and in the upper right click on the tool bar and use their "incognito browsing" feature.

Some of the guys on here, I look forward to reading their posts and threads. I guess you could say I'm a lurker in the way that I manage to find most of the questions I have to ask, already answered in older threads. I scroll through a lot of older threads! Also I find new threads useful apart from the classic 'first cycle' threads that seem to go up numerous times every day! Some of the info and advice shared on here is awesome. Really helped steer me away from making some major mistakes! Thanks to austinite, Mr bb, buster brown, lovbyts, nach3, Marcus to name a few

In my opinion this site is truly the best of its kind. There are a lot of extremely intelligent members on this board. There's a lot of bullshitters and there's a lot of want to be'er keyboard riders but there's a lot of for reals(really living the lifestyle) and very knowledgeable people on here. as far as a source board I think your decisions not to be are not only probably the best in the interest of the board but possibly even from a legal standpoint. I wouldn't direct anyone into anything that may be an illegal activity. This board truly seems to direct people in a safe direction when it comes to steroids ( lot of parrots but the more something is said the more people will hear it). I personally don't think steroids need to be added to the equation until someone is 30 or 35 years old unless they are making a living off of the use of them. Anyways. I myself have even learned a few things from reading on this board and discussion I've seen on this board. Basses blood let a little medical miraculous miracle in your own bathroom haha! Again you guys who run the site seem to do a very good job of trying to keep it safe while supplying a vast amount of information. As far as trying to draw in new members or get people that are lurking to join.....possibly some of the smart Alec answers that come from people who, by looking at the profile pic or pics provided by them of them selves, shouldn't be commenting anyways. Be hard on someone is fine actually I'm a firm believer in it. If you can make a guy mentally emotionally and physically tougher.....the better the whole world is.
