Here's my most recent BW. The few things that are out of spec I don't quite understand. Everything major looks good.

But, the out of spec items I don't quite understand much about.

Your creatinine levels are most like higher because you are someone who works out and has a higher muscle mass. Did you happen to work out before you took these test? That would cause you to have a high creatinine level. Your creatinine levels depend on the rate at which creatinine is depleted from your muscles. As for the low hdl cholesterol that could be a relflection of your diet. Also doing things like more cardiovascular training can raise these levels. Fish oils also help so you should incorporate these into your diet. Hope this helps.

The high eosinophils is something im not extremely familiar with but I do know that it counts the number of white blood cells. With your level being elevated it makes me think of you possibly coming off an illness or possibly you have asthma? This would make your white blood cell count higher. Were you sick or are you sick at the moment? Like I said other than that I am not an expert in knowin why it would be high so maybe a senior member can chime in with some
    More knowledgable information for you

Yeah that's what eosinophils do.... They're white T cells that fight off asthma(as stated) or infection or inflammation as well... Look up eosinophilia it'll give you a sense of something is wrong w/in your body(also I read something about parasite's).... By no means am I a specialist on this but just googled it

I was trying to hydrate a bit while driving to SonoraQuest. But, I was pretty dry from the day.

I'm thinking I should be more consistent on my daily slo niacin.

All this is while running a little over 300mg a week of test.

I wanted to switch to HG, but can't do to cost atm. So, I'm using the same ol' refiltered UGL shit.

Well I mean creatinine is increased because of him being a body builder correct? So this isn't a problem. The hdl isn't so low that it should be concerning I believe? I think a small change in diet and some fish oil will have this level raised. As far the white blood cell count, I would say this is the most concerning but as he was sayin his allergies are a mess so that would cause his white blood cell count to be elevated along with im sure runnin a jack hammer and all the dust he is most likely breathing in, he has some type of asthma which would also be a culprit for the elevated levels. So why only physically? Not arguing just curious

Stop creatine supplements, lower your protein intake and drink a lot of water.
Then retest kidney values in 3-4 weeks.

Thats what I think you should do, you dont want to mess your kidneys.

Shit, I thought I lost my sense of humor - lol

Considering all factors, it seems aight

I'm def watching my water intake. I don't take creatine supps of any form already.

My diet is actually the cleanest it has been. But, my fat intake may still be a tad high.

But, this job sure is a beating so far.

Oh well, at least I seem to be holding together.
