Money gram and western union are both very common.

Not a good idea to use your credit/debit card lol.

International, definitely. MoneyGram is cheaper but you can't check payment pickup online with it.

In state Walmart to Walmart works nice... Sometimes they only let you(or if your with someone up to 900$$ each... I've Used this... Very effective... And dude can get it at any one in the state he's in...
