    Shoulder training.

Today is shoulder day in the gym for me. However, I pinned in my delt last night and it still feels a little bruised. I'm up for training shoulders anyway unless that's not a good idea? What do you guys think? Thanks!

Well it can be actually beneficial to work the area you pin, so people would argue with this but oil is oil, it will stretch and help muscles grow just like synthol. Sure your not shooting the same large concentrations but the small amount you shoot still would make a difference.

Awesome guys. Thank you for your responses. Just had an almighty shoulder session. It's weird that when I work other body parts, as soon as I drop the weights, the (awesome) burning eases but after smashing shoulders, the burn remains! Especially when I do a bunch of supersets! Hope you all have a great Friday night!

Agreed! Shoulder session are the most painfull trainings I had, on cycle can become almost unbearable if you train like NACH3 stated
