    1st cycle - Guidance needed pls. Thank you!

    Hey guys... I'm 33 years old and been training since I was a teenager. I've resisted the urge to do a cycle up until now, but have finally decided I'm going to do my first. Trying to figure out exactly what to do can be a bit overwhelming. Looking for a little guidance here and some recommendations.

    So a little bit about me... my training is 100% dedicated, I'm knowledgeable about training, diet, supplementation, etc., but not such an expert when it comes to gear. I'm currently back in college as a student in the Exercise Science program. Last fall I cut up and got pretty lean (about 6-7% bf) and I've been bulking during the winter. Managed to put on about 30 lbs so far; maybe a little too quick with the weight gain because it was definitely not as clean as I would have liked. I'm currently about 190, and about 12% according to the fat calipers, although my love handle area has sure been filling in lately!

    So here is my predicament... I was originally going to do another natural cut and get my bodyfat back down, and then start my first cycle as a bulk. Possibly something like Test Enanthate (12 weeks) at 500mg per week and 30mg D-bol for the first 4 weeks. My friend says I should just start my cycle now as is and then just cut up afterwards. I don't favor this plan as I'm already getting to the point where I don't really like carrying this much bodyfat, AND spring is already upon us. Even at this point I'm starting to look puffy with rounded cheeks, etc. And then another option would be to go on cycle as a cut, possibly incorporating some Primo or Masteron, where I've heard you can actually get pretty shredded AND add lean mass at the same time. Is this likley? If so, that's a very enticing option.

    Like I said, I'm not an expert with steroids, so that's why I sound really unsure as which is the best route for me to go. Any input or recommendations is highly appreciated. 4 - 5 months ago at the end of my last natural cut, I was pretty lean but down to 160 lbs My ultimate goal is to be at least at that same leaness or better, but with quite a bit more lean mass. 185 and shredded would be amazing. So again, not sure what is the best plan of attack. I'm attaching a pic of my 160 point, just so you can have an idea of my physique type. I am 30 lbs heavier now but no recent pics. Thanks guys!

    P.S. I have read a number of threads here, including the "first cycle" recommendation thread. I am planning to follow the hCG, Arimidex, Clomid, and Nolvadex as outlined there.
