My order was split into two parts sent a day apart from each other. I got one half a week ago but have yet to receive the other. Is this a decent sign that it's been seized?

Things move slowly with snail mail sometimes.

I just got a package today and it took a really long time to get here. The worst part was that the tracking wasn't updated until it reached customs and that took 2 weeks. Once it was there, it stayed for 4 days and I thought for sure it was seized. Eventually though, it got out and finally came in. I guess sometimes customs can be inconsistent
