First clen and var cycle female
Hey I am wanting to do my first clen and var cycle but am not sure how to start. I've done one var cycle and was doing 20mg a day. I am 6'0 and 155lbs 22 years old

I would suggest starting out at 10mg and working your way up to 15mg. 20mg might be a bit to much for your 1st time and not knowing how you will respond to it.
I'm sure one of the ladies will jump in soon.

Thank you so much. Yes before With my first cycle of just var I did 10 mg morning and late afternoon and had no problems and got great results it was more the clen as well part that is new to me. I think I will do the 2-3 week cycle for the clen

As for supplementing taurine and potassium to counteract what would you suggest for the dosage ?

I take 5g/ed Taurine. I haven't had cramps with the Taurine so I haven't bothered with the Potassium. Clen cycle can be pretty rough. Man, the shaking and cold sweating. I run mine in a stack with Clen/Keto/T4 (I run T4 'cause that's what I got). When I combine some cardio along with weight training I get really good results. I can drop about 3% to 5% bf in 4 to 5 weeks.
