After 4 years I will start cycling again, I've been training and cycling since my early 20's, never had any side effects other than an increased (!) libido and an increase to my already rough temper ( for that I would appreciate an advice). My stats:
Age 45
Height 6"2 (187cm)
Weight 14 st 7 lb (92kg)
Bf 25%
Goal:
Weight 17st 5lbs (110kg)
Bf >18%
Cycle is 10 -12 weeks
