Your PCT should be nolva and clomid and HCG should be used on cycle.
What is your cycle and PCT history? How long do you normally take off after your PCT's end?

At the end of my cycle I ended with a low dose of test 250. Then two after that I took hcg for two weeks and for the last 5 days I took clomid. I am asking if it matters if I take test400 tomorrow since I am flushed out. Would it be ok

Your sorely mistaken!
Time on + PCT = time off standard(that is if you've recovered fully - via Blood Work)!

Yes. Clomid was 50mg so I took one in the morning and one after work

That's really quite an awful pct. Non existent even. How many cycles have you ran and how many times have you ran that 'PCT'?
