I've used a couple types of Ephedrine/caffiene/aspirin stacks (the original Xenadrine, now I just go 24,200,300). At first I was taking it often, 2 times / day (morning and before working out) and it helped me lose 20 lbs without a major change to my lifestyle (I did go off it for a week every now and then). Now I take it only when I want/need a big burst of energy for a workout, which is ~25-50% of the time.
My question is: How many people take ECA with Gear? I know some of you take it after a cycle as an anti-catabolic, but what are the effects on cycle? I haven't decided on a 1st cycle yet, so I'd be interested to hear about experiences with all types of gear.
Also, if you experience is "I'm so pumped on test I don't need anything else!" I'd like to hear that too.
For me, I've found that workout intensity is more important than anything else, and ECA really helps.
