Someone told you right. They mess up a lot more than that though.

If they are 100% organic/natural then most likely they will not do any harm but many of them even if they say they are 100% organic/natural dont tell you what else they put in them such as pro hormones that can really mess you up especially with long term use and are not good even short term. You may feel a boost but if you stop taking them you are much worse off.
