When some is ON for year round, i mean i.e Blast and Cruise ( 200-250mg Test week on cruise time ) method, is it necesarry to take Aromasin ( beacouse it's not harash on lipids like Adex, raise IGF-1 levels etc. ) year round?

That's a high dose for cruising, but to answer your question you should always use an AI while running test to keep your estrogen from becoming too elevated.

Yes you would always use a AI unless BW said other wise when on a cruise. You would check lipids ect when you do your regular BW anyway.
