Any idea what's causing this insomnia?

stats:
26. 4 cycles under my belt. started training since I was 15.

Currently on: Deca and Test both at 600mg/week.
AI: adex @.5mg/ed ------- it was high, I just switched to EOD dosing. First time with ADEX. always went with arom.
Prami: .5-.7mg/ed

This is the first time with Deca, but I've had success with NPP(and tren). From past experience with prami, it knocks me out, and puts me into a deep sleep, but this time around. Though, I believe it is real because it is working.

I'll wake up after 3-4 hours feeling wide awake and feeling like I need to start working and do something productive. and usually smoking herb will put me out until I wake up in the morning, but it's only putting me out maybe for 20 minutes. I find it strange that I've been only getting maybe 5 hours of 'okay' sleep working hard 8-12 hour days and still only sleeping for 3-4 hours and feeling nearly wide awake.

any suggestions? maybe switching to arom? or does everything look good and maybe i'm just having a really off week?

Insomnia during cycle is ussualy due to the huge amount of androgens running in our veins.

Besides feeling lazy, and damages to lung. What is the worst side effect of it that damages bodybuilding? Does it lower test?

Yes, I believe it does.

Are we open to talk about weed now? I always thought it was against the rules, but it has been awhile and it was legalized in some states. if not, I'll edit this post. But, I'm aware of the negative side effects, I only use it as a sleep aid, as moderate sleep aids don't work and the stronger stuff doesn't make me feel good.

Any replies to my question though?

I know from my past... That(herb) and opiate use(prescribed - although it doesn't matter) had a profound affect on my T levels(and the head trauma) so all three would defo impact T levels in a negative manner... This is just my experience but I'm sure there are studies(on the mobile)... Plus my Endo has said the same...(not that they're all very knowledgable) lol

Prami will knock me out but then i'm a wake after a few hours. I just take another small dose of prami to finish off my sleep. Or I take ketotifen with the prami and that usually sleeps me through the night.

Take some Benadryl.

Keto puts me out.
