..seriously , ask your drug dealer they will have a more accurate idea of what they are going to charge you then any of us do.

as far as PCT- AR-r sells the stuff- not rocket science- i think you will find a link in the advertising banner located ontop of this page- they tend to have prices listed as well which tends to be handy when working out a budget.
