The knowledge here are not really tiptop. So kinda need some clarification.

1) Do i still have to take winstrol / Dbol even on rest day?

2) I am doing fine with 10mg winstrol, but the guys say 20mg is the right dose. Tempting...but dont want to push it if i am getting it in with 10mg...some say 10mg is underdosed.

3)When should i be taking these...local here are telling me on empty stomach, early morning, prior to workout, after a workout. Help!?

That's very underdosed but, more ISNT always better... I'd split your doses(if both oral I would stop running two at a time especially those two together) into two due to hlf life(of winny at least) morning 5am/5pm... They are both very Hepatoxic! Make sure your running a great liver support(like NAC OR UDCA IMO) if both oral...

But if your not running test w/it... IMO stop! And do a proper PCT!

Hey the way to go about it is to give your stats.. age, weight, body fat etc. And if you have any experience you have with aas.. I'm willing to bet you don't have much if your having to ask about winny. Do your self a favor bro and read and do some research on this site there is a lot of info on here that can answer your questions but make sure you have the knowledge before you jump out and start taking something you don't know much about bro.. not being a smart ass but everyone on here started out not knowing much... reading up on the topic is a good starting point

True! I just really hate to see a kid screw their self up by taking exogenous hormones they have no clue about or the side effects of... Hopefully he will take head and do the right thing if he is a kid
