    Shaky pin

Whenever I pin, my hand is shaking like hell! My thumb is wobbly too so I can't get a smooth action on the plunger. Has anyone else had this and does it tend to ease as you get more used to it? My hand is still shaking now as I write this post! Such a girl! I know!!

It's the high test(androgens) running through your veins brother!

Edit: I always wake up early am to pin... Like Buster stated below I'm more relaxed as well and of course it gets better/easier w/time...

Check your HR/& BP... It sounds like it's high... Mid your chest palpitating??

I like to do it when I first get up and totally relaxed. Try some deep breathing and once you pick your spot glance away as you push in. It does get easier over time.

Put on one of your working out songs and might sound original, but just think of the gains, in time you will get used to it, i found that the music does help alot! and don't do it infront of a mirror either!!

THINK OF THE GAINS BRO!! lol

It will go away bro. I was shaky my first time too. Try ur delts or quads as u can support the syringe with ur other hand. If u pin ur delt u just hold u elbow to steady it. I shake like a bitch when pinning glutes. I never used to but as I've grown it's like hard for me to reach my glute and ill start shaking halfway thru the injection lol ull get the hang of it bro dont worry

Thanks guys! I'm very satisfied with the responses as always! My heart does beat a bit faster when I pin but this doesn't necessarily mean I have high BP does it?
