Hello. I am going to start a first cycle The very basic one that i got from the stickies
Week 1-12: test at 500mg Week 1-12: hcg at 500 iu Week 1-14: arimidex at .25mg EOD Week 14-18: clomid at 75/50/50/50 Nolva at 40//20/20/20 I have developed gyno about 7 years ago when i did prohormones. The gyno is mild, sometimes you can see it sometimes not. Id like to ask for support to see if i am ok with this cycle and arimidex during the cycle. I have also seen a doctor and plan on getting the surgery to reremove the gyno in future. Let me know your opinion on the cycle. Im 6 feet, 210 lbs 14-15 body fat % Havent taken anything since prohormones. I am also able to get my hands on letro, do i need it? I just dont want the gyno to get any worse

Well the cycle is fine of course but you should wait till you get the gyno fixed no ?.

To answer your Q it should be ok blood work will tell you how much of a AI you should use. Some ppl run nolva along with there cycle as they have too 10-20mg day and others just do it to make sure it does not grow while on cycle even although a proper dosed AI will/should be fine.

with proper dosed AI you should be fine. I would get gyno cut out before cyciling if its an issue. but you could run 10mg nolva throughout to help.. but remember serms can have their own side effects so I would stick to a correct AI dose and keep eye on it if you do cycle

Do some research on Dr. John Crisler and gyno surgery as well. He seems to do a less invasive removal procedure which results in less time off. May be worth a look.

    Thanks for input guys.
My thinking is this: doing a cycle will spike up my hormones so im thinking gyno will be active so by having arimidex and letro if needed it might even get smaller and it might come out that i wont even need a surgery cuz it wont be noticeable.. It makes sence in my head, what do you guys think?
