I agree with the above.Research is a must bro.After all it's your body.But here's a pointer.1st cycle is test only!Good luck and hit the diet section.Thats more important than the juice!

Can't sress enough how important it is to know what your putting into your body.... How why what it's doing... What it could do, whst sides can occur... Etc etc, there's a whole lot to know!
