    Cool PAIN!! Please help

Hopefully someone can give me some help. If your just going to talk a bunch of trash just please hit the back button.
Here is whats going on, I have injected test, tren , deca , EQ, Etc. over the last 1-2 years in mainly two spots. My right and left delts; however, after doing it for so long it hurts so damn bad to the point I don't pin there anymore.
I know there is scar tissue there that's why I no longer pin there. My question is will the pain go away after a while if I stop pinning that area or do I have permanent damage? Lifting weights, any type of rotation or movement hurts both shoulders. There is no abscess, infection, swelling, etc.
Any help on what I should or shouldn't do would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

Seems most guys rotate pins between quads and glutes and delts.

I already started that but what do I do about the scar tissue and the pain that's coming from it?

The only way I know to break up scar tissue is to squeeze / massage it out. And yes it is very very painful.

Sucks, I will just deal with it I guess. I will start massaging and using ice/heat. I'll see what happens.
