moving tbol to end of cycle

Thanks in advance for any help.

I am 45yo 6ft 205 16-17% bf
training 5 days per week using peripdization switch every 2 weeks
diet is pretty clean at 3200 cals per day. 40 protein 30 fat 30 carb

I am on my 4th cycle so far. Doing one every 8 months or so for tje past 3 years.

Also i am on trt consisting of. 180mg test cyp per week. With 1000iu per week of HCG.

The cycle I started 12 days ago is

Test cyp 600mg per week ,2 x300mg 1-14
tbol 50mg per day 1-6
proviron 50mg per day 1-14
aromasin 12.5 mg eod 1-14

At day 7 i tweaked my elbow at work, hyperextended. I need to take it easy for the next 2 weeks at least so i dont feel comfortable continuing the tbol. As i know my strength increases will be hitting hard and could mess up my elbow more. I decided to stay on the test cyp and proviron as the test will take another 2 or 3 weeks to kick in and by that time i should be back at 95%.

My question is the tbol. Would it be pushing my liver too hard to pick that back up weeks 8-14? For the few days i was on the tbol i was taking aegis and talos and am still just to be sure.

Forgot to mention I have a blood test for my trt in 4 months so i need to be finished with any cycle with enough time to get my levels back to normal before the test.
