it is my fifth cycle, but I always used only test.. this is the first cycle that use anavar...
my bf% is 18
I want to start the cycle in April, to arrive in June in perfect shape because I work as a picture in a summer disco
I was thinking, you can use var, the first 3 weeks to get a better start, and then pause for 4 weeks, and start over the last five weeks, is this possible?
1-3 var .......(3week) yes
3-7 nothing ...( 4wekk) no
7-12 var ....... (5week) yes

I think dbol would be better as a kick start, doubt you will see much from 3 weeks of var then stopping.
1-4 dbol
4-12 var
1-12 test
Var is kind of expensive, and 50mg a day wont show enough benefits in the first three weeks, I would say save it for the last 8 weeks and do 80mg or so. Just my $.02, I'm sure someone will chime in with some suggestions as well.

I think I dietary overhaul is what you need. 4 cycles to get to 187lbs at 6' tall with18% bodyfat?

Now that he is here he will have the knowledge to do a correct cycle and hopefully keep the gains this time. But the diet will need to be improved drastically if gains are to be made and kept while keeping sides at bay.

Welcome... Remember that Diet and training account for 95% of all gains!! With that said, hit the nutrition forum as their is great info to be had!
For what your lookin for I'd backload the var the way you had it(no point in starting var for 3-4 wks w/a pause) IMO... Run the var at 60-80mg for 6-8 wks at end for best results... But get your bf% down under 15% max(sub12 would be optimal)but the lower you start the better the results... For any cycle!

I believe you will be wasting the var that way, get some test prop and kick start with that.
1-6, prop every other day injections
4-12, var
1-12 test
If you want to just keep it with what you have, start the var week for and run it throughout.

hi guys, are the second week of my cycle, and when I train I feel like a muscle stiffening accompanied by muscle fatigue,and if I make a wrong move I feel a principle of cramps in the neck area... it is the first time you use anavar, may be the cause?

How much water are drinking daily??(at least a gal IMO if not more)
And Taurine @ say 5g Ed will help w/neck cramps and such(it has me and I have bad spasms up neck and down arm)... Take a look at your diet too!
PCT can be upped to 75/50/50/50(clomid) 40/40/20/20(Nolva) gives you a better chance at recovery w/those doses...Last edited by NACH3; 04-01-2015 at 08:01 AM.

I use 5/8. 1/2 may be OK but seems a little short. Good for SubQ shots.
