Need help with dosage and stack layout!!!

Hello, any advice would greatly be appreciated, this is my 2nd cycle...but I'm trying some new things, I've been trying for 14 years and my diet is strict and has been for a while now. I'm 26 187 BF 14%

I have:
Test 500
Equipoise
Winstrol
Also have nolvadex on the side incase of gyno, but I kinda wanna take it throughout the cycle bc I'm prone for gyno, atleast I believe bc I was getting it quickly on my first cycle. So I was thinking of taking it throughout so I don't come to that problem again.

Again any information or advice would greatly be appreciated

Were you using a AI on your first cycle ?

Well there is your problem right there you should always use a AI from start to finnish.

Yes iron the test you have may be a bit sore with pip. And i would not use the wini or EQ the now either. Read this link great information/help if i can give you one bit of advice it would be don't run any cycle the now read learn and ask as many Q as you like know what you are doing first.

Just because you have the gear doesn't mean you have to use it all at once.

Sorry buddy, but the above post leads me to believe that you have much more reading to do(don't take this personally) but their are stickies explaining how to stack(not that I think it's even necessary) but "THE SCIENCE OF STACKING" by Jimmyinkedup...

If you didn't run the AI then I would read that link that clarky set you up with and run test only w/AI start to finish up to pct, then HCG e3.5d at 250iu up to 3 days prior to starting pct... You really don't need all that gear... Read those links for a better understanding... GL on w/your cycle

If you have more ?'s ask... But do a lil on your part and say if I stacked x,y, & thinking of z are these doses sufficient? Etc so more members will chime in as well!
