I this product called choriomon 5000iu I open the box I saw 1ml liquid and powder vial. Now if I mix 1ml in this powder how much is 500iu? And do you have idea if this product extracted from human or mouse?

Do not use the 1ml liquid. That is a one time use liquid.
You need to get some bacteriostatic water.
Then mix say 2ml bac water with the powder.
Then each ml would have 2500iu.
Thus you would need .2ml to get 500ius.

However most seem to use 250iu twice a week.

The b12 come in 1ml vial. So I should draw 2ml of b12 and mix it with the hcg? How long it will last If I mix b12 with it? Can I inject this mix sub q? Or must be in IM?

Ya you can add 2-5ml depending on how big your vial is. Just gotta calculate concentration like how much ml is 500iu (it's easy math)
And pretty sure b12 is like bac water so it ll last the same amount.

U can inject eitherway. You can even inject test and hcg in same syringe at same time
