Hi guys am runnin 500mg test e and 400 mg deca with tbol started 30mg up to 40 mgs am in my 5th week now gonna start the 6th week and mass gains arent like i expected,should i have to worry or its normal???

Might have some bunk gear. I'm on a Deca cycle as well and gains have been great!
So......what have you gained specifically?, libido increase?. Judging by your comment I am guessing you have no bw to compare with.

Fitguy your using trst e and deca which they don't work over night. Nutrition plays a very big Part in this game i know ppl keep saying nutrition nutrition nutrition but it really does. Your going on to your 6th wk so you should just be starting to see a change in size using the compound you are using.
Deca should be used for 12 wks imo it does take it's time to get going so to speak.
Post up what you eat in a day... Like clarky keeps saying it's all diet dependent!
We're just wanting to help you sort this out so you'll have a more successful cycle!
FYI - I have changed my diet 6months prior(to this cycle) and have never felt better or gained better...

everybody thinks there gear is bunk/underdosed because they have no experiences to compare it to...the media has the general public thinking this shit is magic and that any joe can take it and become a pro in one cycle...just give it more time, its not like in week 4-5 something spectacular is going to happen....gains come slowly but by the end of the cycle you will see that you have changed, but it may take other cycles to get what your hoping for...
