Nutrient partitioning
So steroids increase nutrient partitioning, and protein synthesis. Can anyone link me to information explaining this a bit more in-depth?

i was just considering the same thing. I'm sure they partition in unequal ratios across the nutrient spectrum

Start researching the stickies, there is plenty of material that will explain in detail how AAS work in terms of nitrogen uptake, managing a muscle sell more efficiently, etc.

I know a guy who just lifts all the time and he's pretty damn big. He doesn't use gear, and he doesn't eat all that well. slower than a snail taking a shit, but big.

I have had friends I knew for years that swore they never took steroids . Then one day out of the blue they admitted that they did. I also know that there are plenty of people who are natty, but had much better genetics than me and are bigger than I will ever be without taking steroids. We all have different body types and different genetic dispositions; with regards to height and weight. We all like to compare ourselves to others, but in reality we need to simply look at ourselves and try to be the best we can be; and steroids can help many of us to be better than we could be natty, especially when done properly.

Nutrient partitioning basically just means that more of the calories you ingest are used to build muscle rather than stored as fat.
