When to take winny

Doing my 3rd cycle, 500 test c and 60mg of winny ed, I have 20mg capsules , should I take it all at once or spread thru the day? 5"10 200lbs 30y

If you have 20mg caps I would split it every 8 hrs for optimal blood levels(that's what I'd do one he or so b4 w/o then split it evenly) i w/o in the am around 5;00-530am so I'd take my first dose around 3:00 am gotta eat anyway) then 12/ and 8 for example...

Others just do every 12 hrs.... It's probly splitting hairs but if yours is already split up try it out first... Only you'll know if it works for you or if 12hrs would be better...

Yeah I figured that would be best I know it has a 9 hour half life so it would be better to split it up. Thanks

Just shows that everyone will react differently... It's definitely a preference thing - I personally like to split it(that's me)... However I did say one can run it at once as well...

I think too many people try to be way to scientific with it to be honest. The only oral I take multiple times a day is dbol, the rest I feel your splitting hairs.
