First Tren Cycle
I am 36 and have been lifting for about 10 years. I have ran two cycles in the past. The first one was a Test E 500mg/wk only cycle and then I did a Test E and Deca cycle with dbol for the first 3 weeks about a year later. It's now been about 4 years and am looking to gear up again. Since I have been out of the game for a bit I am looking for advice for my first tren run.
First, here are my stats:
5'9"
200 lbs.
15% bf
This is my proposed cycle:
Week 1-10: Test E 250mg/wk
Week 2-10: Tren A 75mg ED
Caber .5mg EW
Adex 1mg E3D
pct:
Clomid: 100/75/50/25
I appreciate any advice. I am looking at Gen-Shi labs.

I dont see a reason to run the adex so high unless you know you are gyno prone. I would stick to .25 eod.
250mg test is a good base to let the tren or deca do most of the work. Even though you propose Tren A and Test E just to be safe you might want to run the test 1 more week. Probably not needed but it wont hurt.

Deca should not be out or you can use NPP instead of deca, a little less water retention so I'm told but either way cutting is 90% diet.

Yeah, I know it's mostly diet. Just some AAS is better for holding onto muscle in a calorie reduced state and doesn't have as much water retention. That's why I'm looking into tren . I've thought of Winny but rather spend my money on real stuff.

Winny is good for strength but hard on the joints. If you use tren be ready for night sweats and during the day just thinking about doing anything will cause your forehead to break out in sweat. Depending on your work it could be a little uncomfortable.

If you mean EOD for your tren that's a good start point for a first run (but not your first cycle in 4 years).
If you mean ED I think you should change it to EOD.NO SOURCES GIVEN

Thanks, guys. The dosing of tren is something I've gone back and forth on. If I do this cycle I'll take your advice and go 75mg EOD. If a couple weeks in I'm handling it ok I might up the dose.
I've thought about doing something else first since I've had time off but since I handled my first two cycles well I don't have much hesitation. I have been on the Tren idea for awhile now so it might be hard for me to get out of my head. I don't take these things lightly, though.Last edited by KinMan; 04-20-2015 at 08:13 AM.

I would look into NPP aswell as this is my first go w/it and I love it!! and I've dropped bf(2%) and put on 20lbs thus far(I did prime b4 hand from 180 to 175 then jumped on - but the lower your bf the better your results will be...
I also would love to run Tren (maybe next time) but no reason that Nandrolone (either the decanate ester or the phenyl prop ester) can't be used on a cut... It's all diet(as you know you've said it ^^)
Your doses would be good if your running it EOD like stated above...

You've been out of the game for a while and are 5'9" 200 lbs at 15% BF? I want your genetics...

By out of the game I meant with juicing. I never stopped lifting, albeit I don't go heavy like I used to, mostly due to age, lol.
