Ralox ineffective?
I started using ralox at 60mg daily almost a month ago and honestly I havent seen any improvements on this gyno. I have had this gyno for awhile now years so maybe it settled and its perm now? I remember I tried in the past 2 years ago letro which completely dried me out and shut me down since no estrogen. So I read articles and studies on ralox and suppose to remove gyno up to 90% success rate. Now I know I am only a month in and it takes a long time, how long max should I run ralox for? 9 months? I am taking vitamin d and extra calcium. When will I see improvement?

Hang in there, it can be a long term struggle to battle down your symptoms. It's very difficult to find that balance, sucks when you tank and suffer from a lack of estrogen. In my experience I needed steady low dosages of AI along with experimenting with various SERMS (ralx was one of which I found to be effective, tamox is the tried and true...). Sadly, I would estimate results may take the better part of the year, you're on par. Keep up the good work, prayers your way serious

Stick it out bro, it is a LONG ride. I have been using stane at high doses(25-31.25mg ed) along with 40mg nolva for weeks now and I am seeing a very small change, but it is in the right direction at least. From what I have been told, it can take months, even a year. Mine were the size of an egg yolk at the worst, now the swelling has gone down and they are a bit smaller, especially the right side, the left has always been the worst. Just keep on your protocol and don't stress it, definitely don't fuk with them, keep training and try not to think about it.

Ive been on 60mg daily for 2 months now. I read a post by austinite saying that due to bone loss, recommend 60mg now for 4-6 weeks and then 30mg until gone. Did people switch to that protocol? Should I still blast for 7-9 months with 60mg daily or is that too long? People said they got results after 8 weeks at 60mg and they stopped. I havent

Just for reference gyno studies using ralox or tamox run for 6 months minimum. It takes time.

[QUOTE="kelkel;7007048"]Take a look at Andractim Gel as well to use along with your serm. It's a topical DHT that you rub on the affected area several times per day. I know guys who've had great results with it.[/QUOTE
Hey Kel.....is Andractim gel available in the US?

should i really try Andractim Gel? Should i go to doctor for gyno condition? Wouldnt they maybe prescribe same stuff... ralox or nolv and so on. Its got to be 4 months I have been on this or so. Honestly havent seen any difference with it getting smaller. Maybe I need to drop body fat to make it less noticable. should i stop ralox? Obviously the last restort that i will never do is under the knife for this.
