Expected Weight Gain from my cycle
looking for a few opinions here .... I'm starting my cycle July 1st (see sig below) and I'm wondering about the weight gain and abs.
I need to trim down about 12-15lbs of fat around the midsection but taking in 4000 calories a day is going to make that a tough task.
I plan cardio only 30 min. 3 days a week, intense ab workouts 3 days a week and plan my meals in advance so I'm eating only healthy calories. 32 y.o 188lbs bf???
With the Dbol I hear about the bloated belly ... anyone have any tips??? Should I consider A-dex?

to get best results, i would try to loose as much of that fat b4 u start ur cycle. and as far as how much ur gonna gain, well thats up to u. ur diet will make or break you.

yeah man I was thinking of waiting another week. I've got a week to work with right now and I've been busting ass with cardio and abs workouts ... not to mention eating nothing but chicken, tuna, egg whites and vegi's.
I just hate putting off the cycle!!!

Rickson I only take in about 2000 cal. a day right now (at most) but from what I've read I'll need 4000-5000 cal. a day when I'm 'on'. Do you agree?
Man its going to be hard for me to eat that much ... lets see MAYBE IF ....
3 Big Macs 1845 calories
12 pack of bud light 1495 calories
6 Snickers Bars 1623 calories
9 Pepsi's 987 calories
Well ... maybe I can take in 4000 cal. a day

If you want to lose a bunch of fat drop your cals down
IF you want to gain muscle raise them
Dont try doing it both at once cause you will end up spinning your wheels and going nowhere
I know very few people that IMO know enough what they are doing to pull that off correctly.
