looking for a few opinions here .... I'm starting my cycle July 1st (see sig below) and I'm wondering about the weight gain and abs.
I need to trim down about 12-15lbs of fat around the midsection but taking in 4000 calories a day is going to make that a tough task.
I plan cardio only 30 min. 3 days a week, intense ab workouts 3 days a week and plan my meals in advance so I'm eating only healthy calories. 32 y.o 188lbs bf???
With the Dbol I hear about the bloated belly ... anyone have any tips??? Should I consider A-dex?
