I was at .25mg of adex at 500mg and 700mg. Should u bump it up to .35? Or just keep it at .25mg until I feel bloated?

.25 should still be fine.

Have you ever ran test e that high? The Mast will help w/estro as well(has one of the best anti E properties(Proviron too - & most DHTs)...
Edit** I always start at .25 EOD till my mids or if I feel my estro is higher(can tell these things now) ;)... But as everyone stated BW will always tell ya what to do...
Yip start at .25 eod like you have done in the past then pull mid cycle bloods and see where you are with e2. You are very lean tice so all the better for you.
