    Strongest PH stack

Looking to run a strong PH stack again. Anybody know the top strongest 2 PH out there for lean dry mass and strength gains? Can't find DMZ or Tr3st anymore. Any help is much appreciated.

Many if not most of the members here frown on PHs as they're worse for you than AAS(as long as one knows how to cycle safely and properly)...

TBH, I'd stay clear... They're very hepatoxic. And my one buddy did one PH cycle, proper PCT, and yrs later now he just had to get gyno removed(surgically), has many problems w/libibo, and muscle aches everywhere(we font yet know if it's related - but the timeline makes sense)... Just a heads up...

Edit** if you can't afford it then don't do it... You need $$$ for BW at least 3x and all your Ancillaries as well as PCT meds, you should always have everything and more b4 starting anything...

Can't find anymore DMZ ? but shouldn't be messing with PH's the two you just named were expensive before they were discontinued anyway you should easily have enough for a proper cycle if not enough $$ i wouldn't recommend doing one anyway...

Most PH's are oral AAS that were old formulas that companies never put into production and in light of the side effects they cause I can see why they choose other compounds to manufacture.

Steroids are the cheap part of running a cycle. It's the food that's expensive. So if you can't afford quality gear, that tells me that you probably can't afford good food you'd need to make decent gains on it.

Steroids aren't some magic substance that if you take a little you automatically get swole. And prohormones are shit. Most of the ones you're going to find now are just really hepatoxic designer oral steroids that have too many sides or aren't effective enough for anybody running real cycles to bother with.

DMZ is similar to superdrol and the sides are godawful. Seriously, the back pumps will make you feel like you actually broke your back. You'll feel like you're chronically tired no matter how many redbulls you pound. And not to mention what it'll do to your blood pressure and RBC count. Oh yeah and that shit is bad for the liver too.

Spot on!!! Great write up. Steroids are some what cheap depending on brand. Food is for sure the most expense. Just for me to keep my macros in check for a week I spend a little over $200 & that's nothing. I'm only 5'9 187lbs 4%bf. My brother is 6'5 292lbs 10%bf and he spends almost double my cost.
Gear will only help the food and training that ur putting in. I like many of other people thought tren was the magical unicorn of gains. From what everyone was telling me and watching YouTube videos u can eat whatever u want and still burn bf... Yeah that was a lie lol diet is key. Once I got all my food and macros on point I started growing like a weed.
DMZ is like superdrol. I have ran superdrol twice. First time was for a short burst cycle amazing results BUT the tired all the time feeling is HORRIBLE. About 9 days ago I started the sdrol again but at a low doseage. Bam! 6 days in feeling tired and not wanting to do sh*t. So I stopped. Yes I stopped the sdrol because of that feeling. It makes ur whole life suffer. If ur going to run a cycle stick with good old TEST!!

I'm spending like 250-300 a wk on food - & I'm only 5'10 196 atm... more than I would normally consume - since bulking, but this is the most important aspect in having a successful cycle(I'll take the lean gains over a bunch of crap water weight - that actually looks worse than it seems... Much more work for you to lean out after... Just my .02

I remember when I was a noob and read Austinites sticky " running a successful first cycle " and he mentioned food would be the biggest expenditure .

I rolled my eyes , but then I started properly lifting and WOW ...

Bank balance vs Chicken breast = Ouch

Even if your retarded enough to dirty bulk whilst juicing , food expenditure hurts ALOT more

I wish I could spend 400 a month for food. It's Just myself and my GF and we spend about 200 a week. I'm 180 at like 16-17 as well and she's 125 at about 20%. We don't really buy snacks or anything. Besides nuts and cottage cheese. We mostly spend it on chicken. Steak and veggies. Well we buy fish once or twice a week too.

Food prices are the same everywhere (in the us) arnt they?

I've used msten and haladrol and honestly I prefer haladrol. I had gyno issues with msten after cycle and it's supposed to be a dry ph. Haladrol gave me good lean muscle and strength gains which lasted after pct. but I also agree with those that post before go with aas

I'm avg about 26-30iz chicken depending(shit in CA it's like 125.00 for 4-5 savings packs at Costco(best price out here)) not counting all the sweet potatoes, fresh produce**, avacodos nuts man the list just goes on & on... Really good is the most expensive part to this sport hands down...

I would like to know where you shop though...

Can you post your diet and where you shop? I think most of here would like to save a few bucks on eating if we can.
