    Third Cycle - help

    194lbs
    10%pct body fat

    planning my third cycle. thinking of going

    TestE 400mg split in two shots a week
    TrenE 300mg split in two shots a week
    .5 addex EOD starting day 14 - last pin

    12 week cycle
    PCT nolva 40,40,20,20

    High protein, low fat diet.
    I want to get nice and hard for the LA summer.
    Any suggestions?

    Bro something isn't right here.6'2 and only 194 after 2 cycles! Before you begin another cycle you need to get your diet in check.And you really don't need tren on a 3rd cycle IMO.

    a-dex needs to be run from the start!
    HCG ? DA?? PCT - clomid - 4 wks, nolvadex at least 4wks possibly 5-6 w/Tren but I don't think you need Tren at all!

    Like a song stated at your height you should be 215-220... But to each there own... You sound very lean?!

    Your a tad on the light side. Your bf at 10%, where did you get that from? Just curious if it's a guess or accurate. Nonetheless, just trying to figure out if you have your diet on track . Your cycle is pretty conservative. When you layout a cycle plan you need to include your AI, hcg and pct dosages so we know your cycle is complete.

    Your pct does need some work. For your goals it seems an oral would be better like a test/var cycle. Your obviously not going to eat enough to keep bigger gains so putting up with tren sides wouldnt be worth it.

    Oooooops, I see you have an AI....25 eod to start and your pct is weak, add clo or torem. No hcg ? I would rethink that......a cycle is only as good as what you can keep.

    Update:

    Just shy of 30days in.

    Running TestE 300mg and Tren E 250mg a week. Split into two pics a week. I ran just the Test E for the first 10 days.
    Been runnig addex .50 EOD from day 10 so as not to crash my E right away.

    So far are +11lbs. Good strength gains, but not amazing just yet.
