    First Cycle since mid 2013. Whats people think?

    Hello to all

    First cycle since mid 2013. Not going ott on it just keeping it fairly simple

    All feedback welcome positive and negative, any pointers would be great, thanks in advance

    Diets in check, plenty protein, carbs, aminos, etc. Got everything listed below. Training in check and plenty water intake.

    Week's 1 - 5
    Dbol - 40mg ed
    Test 400 - (1ml) 400mg ew
    Deca - (1ml) 200mg ew

    Week's 6 - 10
    Test 400 - (1ml) 400mg ew
    Deca - (1ml) 200mg ew

    Week's 11 - 12
    Test 400 - (1ml) 400mg ew

    Week 13
    Nolva - 40mg ed
    HCG - 350ius Sun/Tues/Thurs/Sat

    Week 14
    Nolva - 40mg ed
    HCG - 350ius Mon/Wed/Fri

    Week 15
    Nolva - 20mg ed

    Week 16
    Nolva - 20mg ed

    Considering running 10mg Nolva ed throughout cycle, opinions on that?

    What are your stats? Age? Cycle history? Cycle goal?

    Plenty of things not so great there...

    Hi,

    Need an AI throughout the cycle, not Nolvadex .
    HCG should be throughout the cycle at 500iu per week, not added to the end, that is an old school method.
    PCT needs Clomid and Nolva, they work synergistically

    I understood that deca should be run for min 12 weeks not 10, because of the slow esther, extend the test by a further 2 weeks.

    I understand its not your first cycle but read this

    There is tonnes of guidance in this that is appropriate to the cycle you are planning.

    Since you don't mention your age, this may be pertinent too.

    I'm 24, 5'2" and weigh in at the min at 64KG.

    Thanks for the advice on the HCG at 500ius per week, do that split at 2x 250ius per week?

    I'll pick up some Clomid before I start, and add that in with the Nolva at the end.

    I've ran a Test Cyp Cycle which I was to young and quick to go for it! So I don't really count it other than a learning curve.

    After that I did a Sust 250 & Deca cycle similar to 1 I posted above, got good gains but still needed tweaking for better results. Then I started same cycle above in 2013 but got cut short when I broke my leg. Going for it this time, but posted here for advice and do it properly

    When I get some time I'm gonna post my diet in the nutrition part, I think it's going good but always something can be better

    Do 250iu hcg 2x week like mon/thurs, during cycle. (Stop for pct)
    Clomid and nolva for 4 weeks (3 weeks after last test pin)
    50mg clomid ed, about 40-20 mg nolva ed.
    Run deca min 12 weeks for real results and run 14 weeks of test , 2 weeks more then deca.(so the deca clears better)
    Run 500mg week of test E
    + 300mg deca week would be better plan for what your planing and dbol not needed being that this is your second cycle the deca is enaugh.
    But it u insist run kickstart 4 weeks dbol 40mg day.
    Make sure u got ai and liver protects also while on.

    Ensure you use an AI such as Arimidex throughout the cycle. If you are going to use Deca it is sensible to have some anti prolactin like Caber on hand or running as well.

    Your diet is instrumental in how successful the cycle is. Not trying to sound like an ass, but at 64Kg after two cycles suggests that your diet and nutrition is not good enough. You're actually on the light end of someone beginning their first cycle. Post in the nutrition section and learn as much as you can to improve your diet.

    Have to agree w/the above statements... AI/HCG /DA(prami/or caber)...

    Diet is everything when running a successful cycle! I just found this out the hard way(in my previous couple cycles) get your diet dialed in for as long as you can b4 starting(and the lower your bf the better your results will be!

    Thanks for all the tips lads! I've just read through them their. I will grab some Chlomid and some AIs, and Anti stuff before I start!

    I'll review what I've got down and change it for advice giving, I'll post it here once I've wrote it up for you all to have a look.
