Early signs of Gyno Please help me!

Hello Guys

I am running my first Test E only cycle. This is the 4th week. This morning I noted that both my nipples were puffy and seems there is more tissue under them. I am a little bit scared actually. I am running also 0.25 mg of adex EOD and HCG . Everything was going all right till today.
So how can I manage it? I would start taking some Nolva and hopefully increase the adex but I would like to hear your advice guys.

So please let me know what do you thing about it, it is quite urgent

Hi manu puffy nips is not gyno and gyno will start of as a wee lump pea size hard . Pull bloods in wk7 and see where your e2 is and don't play with them.

So I am running 250 mg Test E twice a week

HCG 250 IU twice a week

and gyno will start of as a wee lump pea size hard. ---Disagreed, it starts with heightened nipple sensitivity, i.e., shirt irritation; itchiness; tingling; feeling them in general.

Pull bloods in wk7 and see where your e2 is and don't play with them.

By the time you get a hard lump you already have gyno, not the start of it. Letro therapy is good and works, but Nolva therapy is best and is what's used clinically as the primary treatment. The former works better with your cycle and should be used first while on, the latter hinders cycles and is best used during PCT.

Sometimes I get that sensitivity completely off cycle, and get no gyno afterwards...

I feel gyno is like hairloss, most of the time, you won't know if you have it for sure until it's too late.

Agree with Magic and djgreen. Personally, HCG is the only thing that's given me gyno issues.
