1st blast on trt
So I deciced to do my 1st blast on TRT. I'm 5'8' 38 yo weigh 185lbs and been on TRT for almost 2 years now. My body has transformed greatly since I started TRT but I want that extra push. I have 27 vials of pharm grade test cyp and I get 4 more every month. They are dosed at 1ml each at 200 mg/ml. I'm going to pin 1/2 ml (100 mg) every other day. I know with test cyp 2 times a week is enough, but I love to pin as it gives me that extra mental edge knowing that I just pinned test. Also, I have HCG that was prescribed by a doctor and I'll be dosing it at 250iu 2xs a week. Also I bought an AI and will be dosing at .25 eod. My total test per week will be 350mg, but all my vials have .25 ml extra for a total of 250 mg per vial. I had back surgery a few months ago so I had been taking it easy lately but my doctor just told me I can resume my normal routine. Any suggestions from people who have blasted on TRT? Also I just did bloodwork and my total
Test was in the 600's.

If you want to maximize your the delta from 100mg/wk to 350mg/s isn't too much. I would run 500mg/wk for a greater delta. Watch your diet and you'll get good results. Workout hard so you can get your receptors to take advantage of the greater free Test that will be in your body.

If 350 a week is not enough I can go as much as .75 ml every other day for a total of 525 a week. But with the extra , 25 ml in each vial it would be closer to 600mg a week for a total of 12 weeks unless otherwise recommended, I don't know my exact macros but my food intake is 6am 3 egg whites and 3 whole eggs, 1 cup oats w/skim milk. 9 am sandwich with 2 cans tuna and a cup of green veggies. 12 pm chicken breast w/1 cup brown rice and veggies. 3pm same as 12 pm. 6pm protein shake with 30 grams whey protein. 9pm 1 cup fat free cottage cheese with a cup or two of fruit. Every day is basically the same food wise. I don't mind the repetition. Every Saturday I eat a cheat meal. A double cheeseburger with no mayo and extra pickles and extra grilled onion, and a side of fries. This meal plan has worked for me so far but I can always change it if recommended otherwise.

I'm 23 and 1-2 yrs. ago my doc put me on TRT. I stared with Androgel 2 x 5g packets (100mg Testosterone ) per day. My testosterone level was measured at over 1000ng/dL months later. I switched to Testosterone Enanthate at 200mg/ml 1 shot/week and my Testosterone levels were still above normal so I had to switch to 100mg/ml. I don't know why my doc never prescribed HCG...I've messed with adding Testosterone Propionate to my TRT.
I suggest you decline any blood work for now, unless you want to bring up your extra Testosterone use to your doc. Get an anti-estrogen, too, because you might be prone to side-effects.

Anybody else with experience on doing a blast on TRT? I'm still not sure if I should start it now or wait until after my next bloodwork in late September. Any suggestions?

Another question I have is if I should front load this blast at 200mg eod for a month then 150 mg eod for the last 2 months. It's not that much of an increase if I front load the test cyp. Will it even make a difference? Also an update on a previous post I did a while back about sore testicles. I had an ultrasound done and apparently my testicles are fine. What they found was a small hernia. I'm going to see a surgeon. maybe I will just wait on my blast until after my bloodwork in September and my hernia issue is addressed.

I guess you're right about the scar tissue. Never thought about that. I guess I'll stick to pinning every 3.5 days instead. Thanks Kelkel. That's exactly why I asked the questions. I thought my blasting pining eod was good to go but so much pinning really is unnecessary. Does every other part of my proposed cycle seem ok though? I rotate pinning glutes and thighs.
