dosage/first cycle help

Im looking at taking my first cycle, I have read all the stickies and all the differenct pct’s and dosages. Can you guys let me know if what I have decided on is sufficient please for a first cycle?
I am 35 male, bf 12% and weigh 77kg give or take a couple kgs.
I play a lot of tennis and swim so im not interested in Bulking as such, more definition and strength. I was going to try Winstrol only for this reason but having read a lot on here I feel its best to add in some test.
Also below is what I was thinking of using, but can you confirm if the HCG is required for such a cycle as well as an AI. I ask as from what ive read this seems to be a short cycle rather than the usual 8-12?
The winstrol is oral as is the test.

Week 1-6 300mgs test p/w, winstrol 50mgs pd, split over 2 doses
Week 7-10 Clomid - 100/100/50 and Nolva 20/20/20

Im set on the winstrol and test combo, but any help would be welcomed.
If anything else is needed, im based in Thailand so should be able to locate.

Week 1-12 for long esters) 500mgs test (Sust, E or Cyp) p/w, split over 2 doses
Week 1-12 - HCG - 500iu/wk split into 2 dosages
Week 1-14 - Adex - 0.25mg E3D - increase if required. - Gotta keep the E2 in check or you'll get tits
Week 14-18 Clomid - 100/50/50/50 and Nolva 40/20/20/20

Also you must have missed the part where Winny dries you out to the point most people get near crippling joint pain, thinking your Tennis and training are going to suffer.

Actually definition and strength for tennis is should be achieved through diet and training. Hit up our diet section for some advice.

How does this look?

Test 1-10 weeks 500 pw over 2 doses
Hcg 1-10 weeks over 2 doses
Adex 1-14 weeks
clomid 10-14 weeks
nolva 10-14 weeks
I know you suggested a couple weeks longer for the test but seems a long time andain my head I'm more comfy with 10

Also it may be a silly question but the test and hcg is split over the weekend. Is that every day or in 2 doses?

Any help on the last message about dose splits and also is test available in oral form....Thanks in advance

No, theres no test in oral form.

PCT will start 14 days after last shot of test.
HCG 250ui 2 x week.

Do you only swim and play tennis, or you actually do some lifting?

Lift 5 days per week. But because speed and strength with a small increase in size over getting big is important I wasn't sure on quantities. I'm also not keen on injections so is there an alternative?

Cool, you wont get too big dont worry.

No alternative to injections. If no injections forget about steroids.

Thanks. You guys have helped a lot. The pct, test and ai mentioned above are weekly amounts. How many times a week is it best to split that over ?
