First time throwing in Var

I'm new to the forum so forgive me if I leave anything out... Well this isn't my first cycle but this is my first time using var. Or any oral for that matter. I'm currently running 1000 mg's Test C and 800 mg's Masteron E. I have about 5 weeks left and want to throw in var but I need help with the dosage. I've been suggested anywhere from to 50-100 mg's so please help. Have clomid, nolva, and arimidex on hand. Currently 6foot 206lb's 10%bf. Thank you.

What are your stats and cycle history?

What do you mean you have a'dex on hand, you aren't running it with your cycle? What about HCG?

Yes hcg at 500iu's a week. Ever since the 2nd week would of started the first week but it came in later then expected. And yes adex .5 e3d. This is my 4th cycle but I have never ran more than 2 compounds. Ran two test only cycles just upped the dosage. Then added deca now added mast.

Why do you think 1g of test per week for your 4th cycle?
