Critisize my cycle, help with PCT please

Gearing up for my next cycle, and want to kick up a notch.
Was planning to run:
Weeks 1-9 Test C
Week 10-12 Test P 100 mg EOD
Week 1-10 Bold 300mg
Weeks 7-12 Var at 50mg ED

PCT:
will start 3-4 days after cycle with HcG for 350 for 10 days, 4 weeks of Nolvadex

So here is the question:
Which AI to use during cycle?
Should I add Clomid to PCT?

3rd cycle ( 1st - Test only, 2nd- Test + Winny)
39 Old,
EQ dosage based on my research, but i'm open to suggestions
Never used AI before ( i know now i should have had , but it's a learning curve)

So i need to run Hcg during cycle or PCT or both?
what climbed dosage would you recommend ?

I'd probably recommend you run a proper test only cycle. Get the AI, HCG and pct correctly. Read this

I would second this opinion. You need to learn how to use your ancillaries and know what it means to control E2. It is optimal to do it with only Test while you are learning so you know how to pin point your sides. HCG on cycle will help you recover easier. If you were to use HCG for PCT to try and eliminate the hormonal dip between cycle and recovery, then you would need way more than 350ius for 10 days. With a moderate 750mg test cycle, you would want about 1500ius DAILY for at the duration of your PCT. That is an old school way that works well but is expensive. Your best bet is 500ius a week to keep your boys online and make for an easy recovery with Nolva and Clomid.

Always done PCT on my prior cycles. Clomid and Nolva. But didn't take AI's because i got a bad advise, that " You only use it if you notice Gyno". Of course now i know better.

And yes I read " executing first cycle". Did quite bit of a research on this site , but for some stuff ( like when to use HcG During or after) got mixed messages. so i wanted to get more solid info.
If you feel strongly that I need to do another Test only cycle, before i can graduate up to more Stacked cycle , than I'll listen to your wisdom.

Got it, that explains a lot. I got the dosage form this site BTW. It as in " Novice Steroid cycle " section. What should be my HcG Dosage on the cycle?

Yes. I would look for your HCG in 2500iu amp. Buy 3. Mix them as needed.
