Silymarin, liver health
Anybody have experience with silymarin (aka Legalon in the pharmacies in europe) ?
It seems to have very good effect on liver enzymes: Silymarin in non alcoholic fatty liver disease. - PubMed - NCBI
Why are we not using it?

It's basically Milk Thistle. We don't use it because it would take forever to drop enzymes. Probably would have near zero impact while on cycle. I don't think it could keep up.
NAC works fast and doesn't take months upon months for satisfactory levels.~ PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR SOURCE CHECKS ~
