1st Cycle After Long Break What Do You Think

First off all sorry for my bad English
Im planning 8 or 12 weeks cutting+lean mass (with carb cycling) cycle with test propionate +salbutamol. But mostly for cutting.
My last cycle was in 2010 : Test. propionate 400 mg/week + Deca -Durabolin 400 mg/week+ dianabol 25mg/day
CURRENT STATS and CYCLE:
Training experience 13 years.
30 years old
168 cm/5.5 feet
77 kg/169,4 lbs
bf:%17 (Jackson/Pollock 4 site caliper method)
I m doing "hybrid" workout for mass and max strength.
My body is too tend for gynecomastia !!!! AND
I was start to using minoxidil %5 for hair loss about 1 year ago

NOW Im planing to run this cycle :
Week 1-12:Test Propionate: 450 mg/week (150x3 times)
Week 1-12: Salbutamol: 20mg/day (with ketotifen 1mg/day)
Week 1-12: arimidex 0,5mg (EOD)
Week 1-12: hCG 500 iu (250 iu x2)
PCT (3 days after last injection):
Week 1-4: Clomid: 75+50+50+50 mg
Week 1-4: Nolvadex : 40+20+20+20 mg

QUESTIONS:
-What do you think about the cycle and PCT, any mistake ?
-I can't find "bacteriostatic water" in my country. Can i use hCG different way in this cycle ? or have a another name of this water ?
-Can i do anything to prevent hair loss (except minoxidil) during cycle ?

You can make Bacteriostatic water, google it. Not really all that hard.

You can see if you can order propecia but if you are not prone to hair-loss then just go with the minoxidil and NIZORAL (ketoconazole) 2% Shampoo

Tools you will need for small batch of Bac water: 10cc syringe, .1cc benzyl alcohol, 10cc distilled water, .22 pore filter, 10cc sterile vile

How to make it:
1)Draw up .1ml benzyl alcohol into a 10cc syringe
2)Draw up 10ml distilled water into 10cc syringe
3)Connect .22 pore filter to needle with BA and water
4)Push contents of syringe into a 10cc sterile vile (remember to swab the top of vial before this step) and its Bac water!

If you want a bigger batch: Mix 100cc distilled water and 1cc benzyl alcohol follow step 3 and 4 and there you have it, Bac water.
