Injectable B12 Vitamin
50 yrs. old.
190 lbs.
Weight Training for 30+ years.
I have a boxing match in June. I am currently stacking Test. En and Equipois getting prepared.
So far after 4 1/2 weeks, the Equipois doesn't have seem to have kicked in for my stamina.
I just got in 1,000mcg Vitamin B12. I have never taken this before but heard that it would help my energy levels. Should I take an entire 1,000mcg / day?
What type of results have any of you seen?
How long before you start to feel a difference?

This should tell you everything you wanted to know about B12 and more. As you will soon find out it makes a big difference what type of B12 you get also. They are not all created equal

So I have Cyanocobalamin 1,000mcg. Will I see any results?
How long and what type of results?
Should I take the entire 1,000mcg daily?

Probably very little. I didnt know the difference either until recently. It seems you can get decent quality sub-lingual B12 that work better than the Cyancobalamin injections. Yeah sucks to waste the money but live and learn.
I did the same thing and now have some I will probably not use. Just do some research and get some Methylcobalamin or Adenosylcobalamin

Yes you will still see some results as long as you do IM but also you need to know what your current levels are and then go from there. Re read the thread I linked to. It explains most everything including your levels should be up around 2000 - 3000

They may not be a real number to go by. I would imagine it would take 2 or 3x as much to get nearly the same if it's possible at all. It's just it does not convert the same.
I will probably use at least 2000mcg a week until mine is gone but also use my sub-lingual Methylocabalamin for now and then injectable.

To add a bit to this, myself & my wife use 1000mcg/wk of injectable Cyanocobalamin. We have been running this for about 7 months now. I find it helps with alertness and boosting energy levels. I did not get sick once last winter, pretty sure its boosted my immune system as well. I haven't tried any of the above mentions other that Cyanocobalamin so I cannot comment on that.

Last night, I took my first 500mcg of Cyanocobalamin into the left Deltoid. Since it is water based, it went in so smoothly compared to gear. I didn't feel anything and no problem putting it in.
I am thinking to use 1,000mcg/week for the first couple of weeks to see if I feel or see anything. Then for the last few weeks up until my fight, I might increase it to 2,000mcg. Geez, I really need some energy help.
