Test 400, Dianabol, HCG, Clomid cycle with adex.

Apologies in advance, I have only been on oral steroids (Winny, Dianabol, Turanibol) and they have gave me strength and size, which I've kept.

I am going to be starting my first pinning cycle which consists of
Test 400, Dianabol, HCG, Clomid, maybe adex for the beginning for when I start.

Can someone please explain the possible dosages of each above item, how much of which per week? when to start them? As I don't want to overdo things.

Weight 17.5 stone
Bodyfat percentage (unknown)
Height 5ft 11"
Years of training 14yrs (On & off)

I eat healthily, maybe consume 60gms - 100grms protein throughout the day. And when I am at the gym 5 times per week. I go hard at it each and every time and push myself.

Is that a typo, your protein intake?

I was advised that too much in one day is bad for the kidneys, which defeats the object since I will be starting this cycle :-)

You should be consuming 1.5g per lb of lean body weight! That's awfully little... So your other macro splits would be higher than your protein intake(F/C)?? That's a different macro split...

The protein and kidney thing is a fallacy. I greatly recommend "Dietary Protein and Resistance Exercise" by Dr. Lonnie Lowery.
