Dialing AI in

I am new and wondering exactly what I can do to dial this is. I had very little sides from my first cycle. Mostly consisting of red acne like bumps on my back and upper arms. Nothing over whelming. But as far as dialing in your AI I'm guessing that's all on you and how your body reacts. 1 other thing is that I ordered my inhibitor from ARR and .25mgs seems like a tiny amount to do work on your body. Looks can be deceiving but as long as that's all I need then I guess I'm good.

How senstive to estro are you? 0.25mg ed to eod should be plenty for you. Get a blood test when your in to see how its looking but you should be able to tell buy how you feel.

I didn't run hcg but will be on this next cycle. And I honestly didn't feel much. Other than the slightly noticeable acne like bumps I didn't feel any gyno or estrogen like symptoms
