    First Cycle Advice

    Hello all.

When it comes to Anobolics I am a novice. I have spoken to my Polish friend from work (absolute beast) and he says for my first cycle I should run Decca, Tri-Tren and dianobol for 10 weeks.

I apologise If this isn't a great deal of information but if somebody could share wether they think that would be a good first cycle to build size then I would be very greatful. Thank you!

Hello and welcome. Get yourself some good advice on this forum. I would not do what your so called friend is suggesting. Test only for first cycle if your of the age of 25 or older.

I have been training in and off for 2 years. I recently stopped for 3 weeks because of my shoulder has been causing me problems. Lots of clicking and popping. A few people have todl me deca helps with joint issues so therefore that was why I wanted to include deca in my first cycle.

At your current bodyfat and weight you have no business cycling. Just being honest. You will much more proned to estrogen side effects. And you're no where near your natural potential. And with training "off and on" for 2 years steroids will probably just give you enough strength to hurt yourself more.

The answers to what you want to achieve can be found in the nutrition and training forums! Stick around for a while

Damn, I hate honesty lol. I knew I wasn't near my full potential naturally. I just feel like my training is haulted by this shoulder problem. I don't want to further damage it.

So you think there is no point in maybe just running a Test-E and deca cycle and see wjat results I get?

Another way to look at your injury question.... On my first cycle, I tweaked my shoulder a bit. But since I was on cycle, limited time! I pushed through it, busted some prs and then when I went off cycle I had a moderately serious shoulder problem that took most of a year to feel better. I don't think I'd want to start a cycle if I didn't physically feel ready to crush it.

That's just my 2 cents about the injury aspect. Listen to the guys above first.

I agree with test only but you're not ready yet. There are no short cuts. Even with AAS you still need to have done the work to build the foundation. Give yourself some time and hard work and knowledge and you'll be amazed what you can do without it

A cycle would probably do more harm than good. I would take the time to cut some fat and let your shoulder heal up and give you some time to do research and cardio LOL. Good luck
