"Proper" clen use

I had a guy (who went to school to be a "pharmacist" but yet he's not a pharmacist...strange right) tell me the other day that the only proper way to use clen and to find out what your true dose should be is by taking say 30mcgs than waiting 30 mins and taking your body temp. If your body temp rises .2 to 2 degrees than that is your dose, if your temp does not rise to repeat the process till it rises. Some people may be able to use 30mcgs where others would have to use 150 to 200mcgs. Does any one else agree or has heard of it being used or taken this way?

Yes a body temp indicates its working. Id personally wait about 45mins to 1 hr to check.
