    Question Trusted resources

    I really need help finding my way. It's been a long time since I've worked out due to having a baby. I really need to get back on track. How do I get the right supplements that won't take weeks to help me with my workout needs? Please help!

    diet is the most important; training next; gear last. Gear only works when diet and training are spot on!!!

    Exactly, diet is by far the most important thing. Once you eat perfect then proper training and cardio and last is supplements
