    Trying to get to the next level

    I am a long time user and over course of years have constantly hit a level of weight and size I can not get past. I am 5 10 and around 190 off cycle...also I am 43 years old. My typical past cycle consisted of 50mg daily of d bol...with about 500 mg of test a week to start eventually getting up to 750 of Cip a week for about 8 to 10 weeks...after 3 weeks in I am using Tren daily or a tren blend for remainder of cycle...I have tried sustanon but company I used I had allergic reaction to oil in it. I was eating protein and carbs consistently Every 2 to 3 hours..I never got past 208 in weight...I will say I looked ripped and the best of my life..but I can never stay above 200 for longer than a few weeks. I was hoping for some advice with my cycles and if I should up my amounts....if someone has a good plan I'd appreciate it..I just never get to that next level of big..thanks in advance for any help

    Diet is off bro, you need to eat more to sustain the weight gain while on cycle. The more you weigh the more you gotta eat to keep it that way. If u have a fast metabolism then shit you gotta eat even more. Have you worked out your TDEE as a starting point ?

    I have not...I've been just jamming every thing I can in and just feeling bloated all the time. Basically just eating and shitting

    Erm, yeah, sounds a bit random mate. Stick to a fairly fixed meal plan. Oats and egg whites does the trick, and if needs must, then it's oats, egg whites and a scoop of whey for flavour six times a day.

    My diet plan is egg whites...turkey...protein shakes...with most water through out day...my prtien intake is a goal of about 250 g a day if I can keep up the pace...my concern is am I using right mixture of stack or do I need to just up the quantity of injections

    It's exactly what MR-FQ said. If you want to be 210 lbs then you have to eat that way all the time.

    Ok so your protein consumption may be enough. But there's no starchy carbs - rice oats cereals potatoes etc. there's a good analogy of building a house, but I can remember it haha, u have the cement but no bricks. Eat over tdee, consistently with a macro spilt of 40/40/20, if you don't know what any of this means the google it.

    It's not just about how much you eat but what you eat and when you eat it. You need to learn how to prime your body. Its all about diet, carb cycling and such. If you dont have one get a macro calculator and learn how to use it.
