    Testicular Point of No Return

    I know everybody is different.

But in your experience, exactly how far off of the atrophy ledge can people step safely? How far have people stepped off and successfully recovered? How far have people stepped off and destroyed their balls forever?

What is the approximate range for permanent damage?

Depends on individual, dosage, and duration I know. But give me some "ball" parks here please.

    Still a newb.

I have been on trt for years without hcg . Personal preference. I dont mind the atrophy, a few months ago I tried to see if tbey would come back with some hcg. They did, and I stopped it again. So thats like 4 years of trt, and they came back. Everyone is different, and may respond differently.

Are you talking high dose trt, as in 100% total atrophy? for four years?

High dose trt? TRT is to get your test levels to Normal. A lot of people also like to blast once in a while. Ive been on for about 6 years and same results as above. I normally dont use hcg but when I have then come back but that does not mean Function comes back. It does not mean your hormones are leveled out or your test levels have started back up or for that fact you have not damages your fertility to at least some point.

HCG is a lot more than cosmetic but I have a vasectomy years ago so I'm not worried about fertility and I dont have any discomfort, just the opposite. Also since I am on trt there is no worry about my hormones level working again.

If I ever wanted to possibly have kids and had any concern about my hormone levels going to normal I would be sure to use HCG. If I had a choice I would NOT be on trt.

I still have balls if thats what you mean. They have not sucked up. My trt dose is 100mg every 5 days. I have no desire to find out if the balls actually work. They do get back to normal size, but I dont want to find out if they are truly working. If your not trying to have kids balls are useless to me. They used to get in the way, but not now.

So this actually created more questions than answers.

To clarify, I'm really only asking about fertility here. No really size, or hormone levels. Fertility.

Don't have kids, and no immediate plans for them- but yes at some point I want to have that option.

So a better way to ask my question then: How far can you go before affecting your fertility?

Well, I am 45 and after 23 years of doing steroids and being on trt for seven years, I had a son two years ago. I would not worry about fertility.

Nobody can really say, but there are plenty of people on trt/aas that successfully have children. Everyone is different, and it is possible that you become sterile. I would say you have better chance of being able to have cbildren than becoming sterile. If your really worried about it you can always freeze some sperm. In case something drastic happens.

I have been on for almost 3 years. Def not getting my wife knocked. Shooting blanks for sure.

But, I am considering coming off for us to have another kid.

From everything I have read - there is no guarantee on this either way

Samson, piquing my interest. What is it that you can do to shoot blanks!!!!!!?

Seriously dude, unless I misread that. Inform me.

And it sounds like the only way to find out is to find out right? The stories here are pretty encouraging though. Most of you have shared what I would call heavy AAS use, and it didn't affect fertility in any meaningful way. Cray cray. Guess it's up to my comfort level then....

The longer you stay on the more risk. Using hcg and Hmg will help minimize the risk and speed recovery but it doesn't change the fact that the longer you stay on the more risk there is

Why would anyone let a body part such as that wither away?
